Files and results

Use only documents you own or are authorised to process. Supported text-based SCB EASY and K PLUS layouts are listed on their conversion pages. Review results against the original PDF. Balance checks do not certify authenticity and are not an audit or professional advice.

Free exports and paid plans

Convert the first 10 pages of each file free, with a downloadable Excel or CSV sample and no sign-up. Buy a plan or page pack for all pages. Full export supports up to 100 pages / 20 MB per file.

Pro costs ฿199/month or ฿1,990/year for 100 pages per calendar month. Firm costs ฿790/month or ฿7,900/year for 500 pages per calendar month. Annual plans charge the full yearly total upfront and renew automatically by card. Displayed monthly equivalents, ฿166 and ฿658, are rounded to whole baht.

Monthly allowances reset on the first of each month in Bangkok time with no rollover. Annual payment does not provide a full year of pages upfront. One-time packs cost ฿149 per 50 pages, with 1–20 packs per purchase, payable by card or PromptPay. Pack pages do not expire while the account remains open. Subscription pages are used first.

Cancellation and deletion

Cancel recurring subscriptions through your account billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period. To change plan or billing interval, cancel and choose again after expiry. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund.

Account deletion requires that subscriptions have ended and no checkout is pending. Deletion removes remaining page credits and export entitlements. Contact support about unresolved purchases before deleting. Stripe may retain its own payment records.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy: page packs are fully refunded within 7 days if none of their pages were used; subscription charges are fully refunded within 7 days if no pages were used in that billing period; duplicate charges and our own errors are always refunded.
