The kbank-savings-2026-v1 parser supports detailed text-based K PLUS savings statements with Thai or English headings. Two multi-page files from 2026 were tested. The withdrawal/deposit column uses distinct right-aligned positions; the parser reads those positions rather than guessing from names or adjusting amounts to fit.
Wrapped descriptions, source dates, times when present and effective dates when provided are preserved. Opening balances, page continuity, closing summary, total withdrawals/deposits and transaction counts are checked.
Open the original PDF with its known password
Follow the password instructions in the bank’s statement email. No universal KBank password convention is assumed. The password is used locally, never logged or saved, and a wrong password can be retried.
Printing a new PDF can change its structure. Prefer the original statement and the password you already know. This is not a password recovery or cracking tool.
K PLUS is different from K BIZ
K BIZ has its own PDF and Excel statement downloads. That does not mean those PDFs share the supported K PLUS layout, or that our standard workbook is a validated Express or PEAK import template.
Excel exports include transactions, source information, verification coverage and warnings. CSV includes source references and notes with Thai-safe UTF-8 encoding. Different accounts remain separate.
Before you get started
Which banks and formats are supported?
Tested text-based SCB EASY savings statements with Debit/Credit columns and detailed K PLUS savings statements with Thai or English headings. This does not cover every PDF issued by either bank. Other banks remain visible for interest registration.
Are my statements uploaded?
No. PDF reading, password use, source preview, verification and export happen in your browser. Account data, minimal allowance records and requests you submit are stored separately on the server.
What about password-protected PDFs?
Enter the known PDF password from your bank’s instructions. It stays local and is not saved. Incorrect passwords can be retried. No universal KBank password rule or password recovery is offered.
Can I convert a scan or a photo?
Scanned and image-only PDFs are not supported. Use the original text-based bank PDF. There is no hidden OCR or third-party AI upload.
What is free?

Excel or CSV?
Excel opens on your transactions. Single statements use one sheet; batch summaries appear last. CSV is one UTF-8 table with notes and provenance. Choose Thai or English headers. Account numbers stay text and formula-sensitive source strings are escaped.
What does verification mean?
We check prior balance plus deposits minus withdrawals against the next balance, together with source totals and row counts where available. It does not prove authenticity, perfectly complete descriptions or full cashbook reconciliation.
What happens when checks fail?
You see warnings and source page/row references. Reviewable results require an explicit download-for-review action and retain warnings. Severely unreadable or unmatchable amount rows stop export.
